Why I Practice
The law is a dynamic landscape that calls for a unique balance of up-to-date legal acumen, analytical thinking and intuitive human interaction. Transactional law requires a composite of bigger issue management and also an acute focus on details. Creating buttoned up contracts and engineering smooth transactions is engaging and rewarding. I enjoy the practice of law and helping people.

Stuart B. Mager
Stuart specializes in business law, tax and estate planning. His business law experience includes: entity incorporations/organizations, contract drafting and review, mergers and acquisitions, business negotiations, commercial lease work, and tax and legal advice for businesses. His estate law experience includes: estate planning, tax, estate administration and probate, including wills, trusts, estate and gift tax planning, and post-death planning.

Education Stuart received his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan in 1995 where he graduated Cum Laude. He received his law degree from the University of Georgia in 1998 and was admitted to the Georgia Bar in 1998. He attended Boston University School of Law where he received a Master's Degree in Tax Law in 1999.
